Ryan Williamson » President

Onsite was founded in 1998 by Drew & Cindy Williamson on a vision of providing quality association management service to the community. In 2004, their son Ryan joined the family business while attending college to further his education in business finance. Upon graduating, he ventured outside Onsite working for other property management companies. Gaining more experience in residential and commercial property management, more specifically related to real estate finance. During his time away from Onsite, he began to realize the serious lack of service in the industry. Things such as trust, transparency, integrity, and communication were all concerns.

In 2012, Cindy and Drew made the move to retire from the property management business and sell to Ryan. Since then and with the help of an exceptional staff, Onsite continues to bring on new associations, residential rentals, and commercial properties monthly. Over a five year period, Onsite went from a staff of two “the owners” in a 120 sf office to a staff of eleven and moved operations into their now 3500 sf commercial space. Onsite grew from nine associations to 55, zero residential rentals to 150, and five commercial properties to 10. Part of this growth was due to buying out management companies that were looking to get out of this business along with joining forces with AJ Jones, who brought in his own talents and portfolio. Ryan credits the success of Onsite to its employees with the company culture that has been created. He strives to bring talent to the team; not only those that possess the knowledge but also have a positive attitude, fun personality, and friendly vibe.

Ryan views every challenge as an opportunity to learn and further educate himself, along with his staff, so they can continue to improve as a company. He looks forward to the continued growth, development and improvement of Onsite.

When Ryan is not working, he is enjoying time with his significant other, two children, friends, family, and dog “Boon”.

AJ Jones » Owner/Managing Partner

AJ brings a diverse background and extensive experience to the Onsite Property Management Services’ team. Born and raised in Chicago, IL,. he received his undergrad degree in Flagstaff, AZ from Northern Arizona University. In 2002, he moved to Colorado to join his brother, who was attending Front Range, in Fort Collins, CO.

AJ got his Real Estate license and Appraiser’s license in 2004, joining Realty Executives in that same year. In addition to being a Real Estate Broker and Appraiser, AJ entered into the mortgage industry and join Tri-City Mortgage as a mortgage broker. He worked as a mortgage broker for about 2 years until he began his journey into Fort Collins property management in 2006.

AJ is experienced with foreclosures, having previous contracts with asset management companies in the height of foreclosures. He has worked as project manager; budgeting, organizing and resolving conflict while orchestrating projects from start to finish on over 30 fix and flip properties. AJ’s experience in the realm of Real Estate is from a variety of different perspectives making him a unique and knowledgeable resource at our growing Fort Collins Property Management Company.

As an active broker, AJ has built a property management business of about 60 units, while also working as a maintenance project manager. Over the past year, he has worked as co-owner / broker of At Home Realty with long-time friend and co-worker, Brendan Mahoney. Currently, AJ is excited to begin his new business endeavor as co-owner and employing broker of Onsite Property Management Services and ACE Property Maintenance. He looks forward to bringing his years of varied experience, as well as his shining personality to Onsite’s Residential and Maintenance departments.

In AJ’s spare time, he enjoys visiting with friends, watching football, gardening, avidly cooking, working out and running with his 13 year old dog, Einstein.

Chris Capizzo, CMCA, CAM, » Designated Association Manager

Chris has been working for Onsite Property Management Services since July, 2013. She has over 25 years of experience in healthcare administration and business management.

Chris enjoys HOA account management, as it incorporates much of her experience into her work responsibilities. She has her certification as a Certified Manager of Community Associations and holds a state license. She especially enjoys helping homeowners and developing relationships with them. In her spare time away from Onsite, Chris enjoys cooking, camping, gatherings with friends as well as spending time with her two cats, Bernie and Tony.

Jill Czufin » Operations Manager

Jill attended the University of Kansas, earning her bachelor’s degree in Economics. Her resume experiences include economic development, economic research, consulting, marketing and publications. These skills have allowed her to add great value to Onsite Property Management Services, where she works as the operations manager and head accountant with the Fort Collins Property Management Company.

In her free time, Jill loves spending time with her husband and children. She enjoys travel and hiking in the beautiful Colorado Rockies all year.

Sandra Horel » HOA Account Manager

Although she is originally from California, Sandy is proud to call Colorado her home for over 24 years. She has enjoyed a career in Property Management for the last 16 years working in Residential Property Management, Association Management, Affordable Housing and holds a Colorado Real Estate Broker License. When she is not working her three boys keep her busy and on her toes with track meets, football and video games and she loves to cook.

Alexandra Humphreys » Leasing Agent

Though relatively new to the world of real estate and property management, Alexandra has found a place to put her organizational skills to work as Onsite’s leasing agent. Beginning with the At Home Realty property management division in September of 2014, she has honed in on the ability to match people with the perfect rental property to call home while staying true to the needs of property owners/investors.

Due to the matching visions of At Home Property Management and Onsite, the team decided to bring Alexandra on board to assist in creating the business environment that Onsite has become known for throughout Northern Colorado. She strives to bring a positive, honest and friendly personality to the already thriving team. In doing so, she is excited to aid Onsite in being a part of the amazing business community that Fort Collins has become famous for.

In addition to working in Fort Collins property management, Alexandra enjoys many of the wonderful activities in life that Fort Collins and Colorado have to offer such as great live music, a wonderful local art scene, hiking, backpacking, biking, and all-around enjoying the great outdoors with her puppy Luna and family.

Lauren Pettine » Accounts Associate

Lauren joined the growing team at Onsite Property Management Services, and brings a diverse work experience to her role as an Accounts Associate for our Fort Collins property management company.

Prior to joining Onsite, she worked for almost 5 years as an assistant store manager in beauty retail where she developed her skills in customer service, which will translate well into the property management industry. Lauren is excited to be the first one to meet and greet our valued clients!

Lauren is a Fort Collins native. She and her husband, Dane, are giant nerds and love video gaming, table-top games, and lounging at home with their cat, Ruby.

Michelle Bermejo » HOA Account Manager

Michelle has over 10 years experience working in community association management in Northern Colorado, Wyoming and San Jose del Cabo, Mexico. Prior to that, she worked as a paralegal. What she enjoys most about this industry is using her knowledge and experience to assist Boards in making informed and fiscally responsible decisions for their associations and speaking with homeowners. When she is not working, Michelle enjoys wine tasting, cooking and planning her next travel destination. Life is good!

Cathy Dietz » Front Office / Administrative Assistant

Cathy joined Onsite as Front Office / Administrative Assistant. She has enjoyed working with the staff and especially the homeowners and tenants that she has had the privilege to talk with on the phone and in person.

Cathy has lived in Fort Collins since she was 2 years old.  She married her best friend, Fred, they have two adult children, Rachael of Colorado Springs, Co and Jacob of Loveland, Co.

Cathy was a Realtor here in Fort Collins for over 15 years and a Mortgage Broker for over 6 years. She owned and managed her personal rentals for over 15 years.  She has volunteered for Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity, building houses and helping organize and staff fundraisers. She currently volunteers at Bas Bleu Theatre, building the stage sets, which she really enjoys because it is something new and amazing every time. “They have such talented designers, painters, and props masters. It just amazes me when I see the finished stage.” She also volunteers with various other local organizations.

Cheri Jensen » HOA Account Manager

Cheri Jensen is a former family business owner of an ornamental iron business that still thrives in Napa, California under her son's leadership. For the past twenty years she has served in ministry as an ordained non-denominational minister in California and Colorado. Cheri retired last year from active ministry and is delighted to find a new career as a Community Association Manager which will use her business and ministerial skills in service to her "new" ministry. Her family (son, Jim; daughter-in-law, Jennifer; and grandsons, Kelton and Austen) live in Napa, CA. They are her JOY! She lives in Fort Collins with Gracie the beautiful tuxedo cat; loves music, theater, movies and time with friends. You can catch her most mornings walking beautiful paths and enjoying Nature.

Amber Wright » CAM Assistant

Amber is a single mother to her amazing twelve year old daughter Haylee as well as a crazy beagle-mix puppy named Koda. They both keep her very busy. She is a Colorado native and enjoys camping and boating trips with her family and friends. Amber is also the owner of a small photo booth business. She provides a photo booth rental for parties, weddings and events of all sorts. She worked in the restaurant world for 20+ years and decided that it was time for a career change and joined the Onsite team in September of 2017. She is excited to see where this new venture takes her!
